Old Point Residence Custom designed 6,000+ sq. ft. residence complete with amenities such as 10' ceilings with custom trim & millwork, professional kitchen, master & junior bedroom & bath suites, heated gunite pool, breezeway & accomodations for quests. Assayag Residence The Assayag Residence began as "affordable living"; a basic one story ranch. Realizing the potential inherent in the property's location, the current owners purchased the house with the sole purpose of creating an entirely new abode. A little over a year later it was reborn into its present state. Haber Residence From 7,000 to 14,000 square feet in only one year's time, this project required exceptional coordination of the various trades in order to provide the owner with amenities ranging from a media room to a 2,500 sq. ft.indoor basketball court, a state of the art gym, and a fully illuminated outdoor tennis court. The living space required the construction of four bedrooms, accompanying bathrooms and a new home office. A full generator system was also installed to provide an emergency back-up source for the entire structure. The mechanicals in the existing structure were also updated during the construction including the installation of a new HVAC system. Ciampa Residence This spectacular 8,000 sq. ft. house overlooking the Atlantic Ocean underwent a full interior renovation along with substantial modifications to the existing structure. Included in this project were the addition of an elevator, new interior staircases, interior trim and wainscoting, wood and tile floors, extension of the existing kitchen, all windows, doors, and exterior trim. Carey Residence Originally designed in the 1970's, the Carey home required a complete gutting and a 640 sq. ft. addition to bring it into the 21st century. This project provided for an enlarged and updated kitchen, 2 additional bedrooms, an upstairs bath, and an increase in garage space. Gentry Construction also was called upon to construct a bath inside their poolside cabana and to restore the gunite pool and coping. In order to complement the overall look, a new EPI deck with a seating area and decorative fence was also added. Griffith Residence The Griffith residence was originally built in 1933. The owners, desiring more living space, contracted with Gentry Construction to construct a 2,100+ sq. ft. addition to the main house, including a new porch and deck and a conversion of a 550 sq.ft. garage to an artist's studio and workshop. The main house was fully renovated and an 18 x 44 ft. stepped gunite pool and accompanying landscaping are scheduled. Burchill Residence The Burchill's Dune Road home was originally a US Coast Guard Life Saving Station, which was lovingly restored and renovated utilizing many of the original fixtures and woodwork, as well as the antique doors and hardware. Through our efforts, a full wrap around porch and upstairs bath were added, all of the utility services and mechanicals were upgraded, and a new pool coping was installed. The Burchills also called upon Gentry to construct a walkway leading to their seaside locker storage facility and oceanside deck with its steps to the beach.
